Ordering repeat prescriptions
The easiest ways to order repeat prescriptions are:
- You can request your repeat prescription on My Health Online
This account shows you all your repeat medicine and dosage and you can choose the ones you need.
You can also:
- bring the paper form to the surgery, Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 6.30pm
- post it to us – if you prefer, we can post it back to you (you will need to provide a stamped addressed envelope).
We do not take repeat prescription requests over the phone or email.
Collecting your prescription
Your prescription will be ready for collection 48 hours later.
Most Chemists offer a repeat prescription service, please speak to your local pharmacist if you would like to arrange for them to order and collect your prescription.
Medication reviews
If you have a repeat prescription, we may ask you to come in for a regular review. We will be in touch when you need to come in for a review.
